The Balance Council, the Cyber Security Council signed the UAE government and the company “Lockheed Martin”, a letter of intent to establish a center of excellence in the field of cybersecurity. The letter of intent was signed by Dr. Mohamed Hamad Al -Kuwaiti, head of the cybersecurity of the UAE government and Dr. Nasser Hamid Al -Nuaimi, Secretary -General of the Balance Council and Tim Cahill, CEO of the missile and fire control sector in Lockheed Martin in the presence of and John Nicholson «the first retired team in the US Army», CEO of Lockheed Company Martin in the Middle East, during the International Defense Exhibition and Conference of IDEX 2025.
