Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, met this evening at the government’s headquarters in the new administrative capital, Dr. Ali Youssef Al -Sharif, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Sudan, in the presence of Dr. Badr Abdel -Ati, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Egyptian Affairs abroad.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Prime Minister affirmed Egypt’s steadfast support for Sudan and its national institutions, expressing his aspiration for the end of the crisis in Sudan, in a way that contributes to preserving the national state institutions in brotherly Sudan.
Dr. Mustafa Madbouly indicated that Egypt was keen to provide various forms of human support to the Sudanese brothers through the Egyptian Red Crescent.
The Prime Minister affirmed the readiness of Egyptian companies to contribute to the reconstruction of Sudan, in order to achieve early recovery and improve the situation in the brotherly country at the earliest opportunity.

Dr. Mustafa Madbouly pointed out that Egypt welcomed the Sudanese brothers, stressing the depth of close relations between Egypt and Sudan, saying that the relationship between the two countries is like one body.
In turn, the Sudan Foreign Minister expressed his appreciation to the Prime Minister and his aspiration to cooperate with Egyptian companies to contribute to the reconstruction efforts, explaining that an Egyptian company was already chosen to work on implementing the first reconstruction project, and confirmed his aspiration to receive Egyptian officials for joint coordination in this regard.
The Sudan Foreign Minister also praised the existing cooperation between the two sides at various levels, reviewing the efforts of the Sudanese government to restore security and stability in the country.
During the meeting, the Sudanese ambassador pointed to the intention of the Sudanese embassy to organize an event to thank Egypt for its support for Sudan during the next April, and the meeting discussed ways to support bilateral relations between the two countries in various fields.
