Al -Nasr shares for the civil works listed and traded on the Egypt Stock Exchange increased by 0.56% by the end of trading today, to circulate at the price of 3.60 pounds per share, after its annual profits increased.
Trading on the stock at that time came through 370.98 thousand shares with a value of trading 1.33 million pounds, and the highest price for the share was at 3.61 pounds, while the lowest price was at 3.56 pounds.
The share price increased after Al -Nasr Civil Business Company announced its financial results for the past year, as financial indicators showed a significant increase in the company’s profits by 389.6% on an annual basis.
The company said in a statement to the Egypt Stock Exchange today, that it achieved profits of 68.15 million pounds during 2024, compared to profits amounting to 13.92 million pounds in the previous year 2023.
Despite the increase in profits, the company’s revenues decreased during the past year to 347.06 million pounds, compared to 479.59 million pounds in 2023.
The company attributed the growth growth to the sale of the land of Meshrd and the receipt of 50% of the land value of 116.7 million pounds, which contributed greatly to adding this value to the company’s profits.
Al -Nasr also recorded a net profit of 5.48 million pounds during the period from January to the end of September 2024, compared to losses of 22.08 million pounds in the same period last year.
The company’s revenues during the first nine months of this year witnessed an increase to 279.27 million pounds, compared to 248.95 million pounds in the same period in the previous year.
