Dubai adopts flexible working hours in Ramadan

Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, the Dubai Human Resources Department approved the flexible working hours and work for a distance for the employees of the Dubai government during the holy month of Ramadan. Government authorities may give employees a flexible working hours with 3 hours a day, provided that the employee completes 5 and a half hours from Monday to Thursday and 3 working hours on Friday and allowing employees to work remotely equivalent to two days per week according to the requirements, working conditions and tasks assigned to the employee.
