According to the circular issued by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, the Prime Minister, may God protect him, regarding the official working hours during the holy month of Ramadan for the year 1446 AH, Sheikh Duaij bin Salman bin Duaij Al Khalifa, head of the Civil Service, explained that it was decided that the official working hours during the holy month of Ramadan from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm to employees working according to the regular working hours system, so that the work hours will be reduced in the week Senior to 36 hours to 30 hours a week.
The head of the Civil Service indicated that workers according to the long working hours reduce their working hours at the same rate from 40 hours to 33 hours and a half a week, so that they are from 8:00 am to 2:45 from Sunday to Wednesday, and on Thursday from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm, as well It is compatible with the controls specified in civil service systems, noting that this includes employees in government agencies that organize the affairs of their employees special regulations.
With regard to flexible working hours, the head of the Civil Service Service explained that the flexible watches do not exceed 3 hours of flexibility as a maximum per day, and the same judgment applies to other cases whose working hours differ, such as employees who work according to a working course from Saturday to Thursday and others, in the interest of work and improving productivity and creating a comfortable and suitable environment for employees during the holy month.
