GDA’s GNA STISTES ASISES is expanding the Bitcoin BTC mining operations in West Texas by increasing energy by 50 MW, via its sites in Pyote and Vernon.
GDA is a private company with offices in the United Arab Emirates and the United States, and its total power generation is more than 600 MW.
Although the company hides its total retail rate, the CEO of the company, Abdel -Malik Mirkhamidov, claims that it is “one of the largest bitcoin mining companies in the world in terms of this scale.”
And compared to others, such as Bitdeer, which is one of the largest bitcoin mining companies, famous in infrastructure, and produces about 900 megawatts of power, while the two lags Mara Holdings and Riot Platforms have more than GB (1024 MW) each.
The new publishing operations carried out by GDA and builders include 20 megawatts on Pyote, which raises its capacity to 195 megawatts, and the installation of a new 10 -megawatt container on Vernon, and results in raising the capacity to 70 MW, and Pyote can also be expanded to 370 megawatts.
The BTC mining company in the future benefits from the response program to the request in the US state of Texas, which means that the cryptocurrency mining process will stop its platforms during peak periods in the demand for electricity, and obtain compensation for that.
GDA opens 20 data centers across multiple states, including Texas, South Carolina, Sweden and Argentina, and a number of these centers depend on green energy, including wind energy, hydroelectric power, nuclear energy and burning gas.
Mirkhamidov added, Bitcoin mining is the primary activity of GDA, explaining that the company is currently exploring synergy with other emerging industries, including artificial intelligence, to enhance and expand its mining operations.
