Bahrain TV announced the launch of its programmatic session for the holy month of Ramadan for this year, which includes 28 diversified works between programs and dramas, in the context of the Ministry of Information’s commitment to providing rich media content that expresses the authentic Bahraini identity and reflects its ancient cultural heritage.
Mr. Abdul Rahman Al -Zayani, Director of the TV Department at the Ministry of Information, stressed that the new Ramadan session comes in implementation of the directives of His Excellency Dr. Ramsan bin Abdullah Al -Nuaimi, Minister of Information, as it focuses on highlighting young Bahraini talents and enhancing partnership with the private sector, in a way that contributes to the production of creative works that elevate the national media content.
Al -Zayani pointed out that the Ramadan session for this year is characterized by the diversity of its production between cultural, religious, recreational and social programs, as it is led by works that highlight the professional cadres in the ministry, in addition to the continuation of fruitful cooperation with Bahraini production companies.
Cooperation between Bahrain TV and Al -Watan newspaper in “Your Breakfast with us” and “Our Councils”
Within the Ramadan programs package, Bahrain TV is witnessing cooperation with Al -Watan newspaper in presenting two distinguished programs during the holy month. The “Breakfast with us” program comes to bring together viewers in a Ramadan atmosphere full of affection and interaction to document the Bahraini trip in Ramadan, while the “Our Councils” program highlights the Ramadan councils in Bahrain, documenting its ancient history and its most prominent pioneers, in the context of interest in the cultural and social heritage of the Kingdom.
Programs for competitions, entertainment and dialogue sessions
The Ramadan course includes 18 TV programs, including 3 competition programs, namely: “Al -Sariya” program, which continues its success annually, and the “Thought Wahwa” program carried out by “MM Vision”, in addition to the Holy Quran Competition “Gates of Paradise”, which is broadcast directly on the Bahrain TV screen.
The course also includes 4 dialogue and interactive programs, most notably “Al -Baraza Nights” and “The Stadium Challenge”, in addition to 3 cooking programs: “Let’s cook with Afnan” by “Afnan for artistic production” and “Our Travage” by “Flair Media” and “Awafi” by “Studio Human”.
Religious and cultural programs and dramatic series
The program package includes 5 religious and cultural programs, namely: “Ramadan and the people” carried out by “Evetite Media”, “Story and A Driver” produced by the National Guard, “Imam Al -Tayeb”, and “The first time I see” produced by the Cultural Channel, and “Masayer” heritage in its second season by the implementation of “Wi -Note”.
As for the drama level, the course includes 3 series, namely: “Ramadan Sharif” in its second season, produced by Bahrain TV and implementing “Mova Production”, and “Mother’s Ideas” produced by “Dubai Studios” and “Trans -Sabil”, which is a joint production between Bahrain TV and “Boyund Dreams” in cooperation with “Ivory Production”, along with the series “The Seven Wishes”. Baby Clay.
Production of programs in English
In the context of the interest of Bahrain TV in the content directed to the English -speaking audience, a group of various programs were produced to display on the Bahrain International Channel, including: GEMS of Quran, the U Turn or No U connn program from the implementation “Love Media”, the ARTISTIC VISION Artists Program, by “Tail Flamingo”, and the Aspiring Elites program, performed by “Luna Cinema”.
Renewed national media
At the end of his statement, Mr. Abdul Rahman Al -Zayani expressed his confidence that the Ramadan session for this year will be admired by the viewers, stressing that Bahrain TV continues to develop its media content in reflecting the position of the ancient Bahraini media, and enhances its role in providing creative works that meet the aspirations of the public.
