The Islamic Bank of Bahrain (BISB), the pioneering bank in providing simplified Islamic digital banking services in the Kingdom of Bahrain, announced the official launch of the “Step” initiative, in a special ceremony organized by the bank characterized by an authentic heritage atmosphere hosted by Beit Bouzbon in Muharraq Governorate, and in the presence of a group of leaders and participants in The program, along with representatives of the Bahraini Society for Investment Specialist in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The organization of this ceremony comes as an official launch to announce a “initiative in its footsteps” that the bank recently launched in conjunction with the occasion of Bahraini Women’s Day last year, as the initiative aims to build the capabilities of women’s cadres working in the Kingdom of Bahrain in various fields, especially the field of Islamic banking, by strengthening Guidance and guidance for Bahraini women by allocating 13 guided by the Islamic Bank of Bahrain to provide professional support and guidance in a variety of specializations and departments.
The ceremony witnessed discussion and dialogue sessions between the directives and the trainees in many of the issues related to the initiative, as the directives talked about their practical career and the extent of their aspiration to provide experiences and knowledge to the trainees during the training period that lasts for 10 months.
On this occasion, Fatima Al -Alawi, CEO of Bahrain Islamic Bank, said: “We are pleased to meet the trainees participating in the initiative“ in its footsteps ”, to formally launch the program of this initiative that contributes to providing effective opportunities for communication and exchanging ideas between directions and trainees, which enhances the opportunities for growth and professional development For Bahraini women, support Bahrain’s vision in building an integrated society based on equal and excellence.
