The Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs in Egypt, Dr. Muhammad Al-Bayoumi, affirmed that the convening of the Islamic-Islamic Dialogue Conference enhances the spirit of solidarity between the Arab and Islamic peoples, and makes the common issues unanimously among the participating countries, in a way that contributes to facing the current challenges with great strength and coordination. The proposal of the “Constitution of the People of the Qiblah” presented by the Honorable Imam, Dr. Ahmed Al -Tayeb, Sheikh Al -Azhar, Al -Bayoumi explained This proposal is not a new idea, but rather an extension of the principles established by Islamic law, as Islam has called since its inception to the unity of Muslims under the umbrella of one law, based on clear rights and duties derived from the Holy Qur’an, the Sunnah of the Prophet and Islamic Jurisprudence. He pointed out that the conference is an opportunity to promote identity Shared Islamic, and that such initiatives help consolidate the values of unity and cooperation between Muslims in the face of global challenges.
