Abu Dhabi: “The Gulf” chaired by Counselor Youssef Saeed Al -Abri, Undersecretary of the Judicial Department in Abu Dhabi, a delegation of the Judicial Department participating in the Smart Reform and Rehabilitation Centers Technology Conference, organized by the International Society for Reform and Prisons Centers (ICPA), which is held in Thailand during the period from 24 to 27 February. The conference is witnessing a wide international participation to discuss the latest innovations and advanced systems used in managing the reform and rehabilitation centers.
